How we use your information:
When you purchase a service, product, or fill out a list sign-up sheet at one of Jayne’s events, you will be added to our email list. This enables you to receive both (take out both) information relevant to your program/purchase, a weekly newsletter about specific hand markings, and occasional special offers. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete and ship that order.
When you register for a product or program you will be asked to provide specific personal information including name, email, phone number and billing information. This information is used to process your registration and to complete our deliverables for the program. We never share, sell, or trade your information with any third parties other than that required to deliver the product or program.

If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the link provided at the bottom of any email.
Use of cookies:
Purpose Wisdom uses cookies in a manner to make your internet experience with us easier and to help us connect with you more effectively. They collect a variety of information, and may include your name, email address, and browsing tracks. They are used for the following reasons:
Access to programs: Cookies are associated with the access to our online portal that comes with program registration. They allow you to automatically log into the programs and portions of the site that require membership.
Shopping Cart: These cookies allow to you put an item in your shopping cart and to continue shopping without it being removed.
Future Communication: Providing and managing your account, and tailoring our communication with you more effectively

Third Party Integration:
When you log into a Purpose Wisdom account or group via a third-party program (i.e. Facebook) some information will be shared between the groups in order for you to have access to the program. The information shared is determined by the privacy policy of the third party. We recommend that you review all third-party Privacy Policies.
Affiliate links:
On occasion Purpose Wisdom might promote a third parties event or program. We will provide an affiliate link that would link your purchase to our account. If you register for one of these third part programs, that organization will be collecting your information for registration. (i.e. name, email, address etc.) and you will be covered by their privacy policy at that point.

Purpose Wisdom reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy, our Terms of Use & Service agreement, and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner, by updating this posting. Your continued use of our website and programs constitutes as your agreement to this policy. This Privacy Policy was last updated on 5/25/2018 and is effective immediately.
Governing Law:
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado , without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute concerning this Privacy Policy or your use of this Site shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Colorado within one (1) year from the date that the cause of action arose (or, if multiple cause of actions are involved, from the date that the first cause of action arose), with such arbitration conducted pursuant to the then prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration brought pursuant hereto shall be joined to any other action or any other arbitration initiated pursuant hereto.
